I learn quickly and have an insatiable desire to learn new things.   • Installed, configured, operated, aligned, conducted performance tests, and performed unit and direct support maintenance on satellite communications equipment and associated devices
  • Received training and worked with: JNN (Joint Network Node); HCLOS (High Capacity Line of Site); AN/TSC-156A (Phoenix); and AN/TSC-93
  • Performed preventative maintenance, checks and services on HMWVVs and all equipment

Technical Trainer

April 2007 - February 2008

  • Created training materials & facilitated training classes with the Technicians that worked in the Verizon Wireless retail stores
  • Performed store visits – Preventative maintenance on the computers & Cellebrite machines
  • Conducted in-Store training for the Technicians on all systems, equipment and services
  • I was an escalation point for all Technicians in the Mountain Region (Utah, Idaho, Montana)
